RV Camping Info

Nestled along the south edge of Kingswood’s “cornfield” up on the hill across from the entrance to the main camping area in between the apple trees of the old orchard are seven RV sites. Each back-in RV site is built to accommodate rigs up to 32 feet long. There is a 30 amp single pole electric hookup at each site and a central sewage dumping station at the bottom of the hill on the entrance road to the RV camping area. All sites have a stone fireplace that can be used for campfires and or cooking, running water to a prep table built over a drywell, and a picnic table. There are also outhouses conveniently situated for the groups of RV sites as an alternative to filling up the rigs black water tanks. Rentals are available on a weekly or seasonal basis. The site committee is also considering looking for someone who may be willing to trade a reduced seasonal rate for labor as a camp worker. Work would include assisting the Kingswood manager mowing fields, fixing water system leaks, and making garbage runs. Occupancy of the RV Site is limited to six (6) people, including children and guests.
